To Whom It May Concern; I wish to make you cognizant of my family's experience with Ottawa-Carleton Mortgage Inc. Our mortgage was up for renewal and we had never thoroughly enjoyed past dealings with the banks. We often felt our needs came second to the bank's well-being.
