Bill and Joanne have been in the mortgage industry, serving their clients, for well in excess of a quarter of a century.  They have combined to fund in excess of 3.5 billion dollars in mortgage volume.  They are a husband and wife team and specialize in residential, commercial and private mortgage funding transactions.

Both are avid golfers and spend their time either working or on the golf course.  They enjoy travelling to the Masters Golf Tournament in Augusta Georgia every year and have two cats named Augusta and Georgia.

Bill is a graduate of the Ottawa University Administration Department. He is a member of Mensa and past President of the Kiwanis Club of Ottawa as well as a past Lt. Governor of Kiwanis Division 12.  He enjoys golf, travel and work, especially arranging mortgages on the more difficult transactions.

Joanne is a member of the Mazerolle family of New Brunswick. She enjoys gardening, reading, travel, golf and animals.

They have founded the Mazerolle-Gosewitz-Wood Scholarship at the University of Ottawa and Bill helped found the Kiwanis Club of Ottawa Medical Foundation and Dr. Kanta Marwah Scholarship in Medical Physics at Carleton University.  They firmly believe – “giving in its purest sense expects nothing in return.”
