After graduating from the University of Ottawa with a Honours Baccalaureate in Economics, David has spent the last 10 years with TD Canada Trust. During his time with TD he has occupied various roles and has spent the past 4 years specializing in residential and investment mortgages.

Over the years David has provided customers with mortgage advice for the purchase of a vast assortment of homes. Whether it be new homes, resale, investment properties, or multi unit residential homes, David has provided over 1,000 customers with sound mortgage advice.

Whether your buying a new home, refinancing, or renewing your existing mortgage, David will provide accurate mortgage advice using his experience and knowledge. Having dealt with so many customers, David has experience with lesser known policies such as porting or assuming mortgages to avoid penalties, porting CMHC premiums to avoid double paying CMHC, and mortgage replacement policies.
